Our Story
From humble beginnings in 2004, when our family acquired the Blue Magpie Lodge with just six run-down rooms and limited amenities, we have worked tirelessly to transform it into a haven of comfort and tranquility.
Today, our lodge boasts nine deluxe rooms and nine standard rooms, each equipped with hot water, fans, and air conditioning.
Indulge in authentic Sri Lankan flavors at our restaurant, where our signature rice and curry is a must-try. Our friendly staff warmly welcome you, and we are currently upgrading our facilities to serve you even better.
Set amidst the Sinharaja Rainforest — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a haven for endemic species — as well as the breathtaking Duvili Ella Waterfall, our lodge is serenaded by a natural stream with soothing spring waters.
